What we collect

When you request a quote or place an order we collect your name, phone number, email and the artwork or details you send. We collect only what we need to print your job and reach you about it.

How we use it

Your information is used to prepare quotes, produce your job, deliver it and keep records required under the GST and tax laws of India. We do not sell your data.

Your artwork

Files you send remain yours. We store them to reprint on request and delete them on written request, except where a tax record must be retained.

Sharing

We share details only with delivery partners and, where you approve it, third-party finishing vendors. We never share your contact list or artwork for marketing.

Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

Ask what personal data of yours we hold.
Ask us to correct or update it.
Ask us to erase it, subject to legal retention.
Withdraw consent for messages at any time.
