Membership questions
Is the membership fee adjustable against printing?
Yes. The full fee is credited to your account and can be used against any print job during the year, so effectively you only pay for the benefits if you never print.
Can I upgrade mid-year?
Any time. You pay only the difference, pro-rated for the remaining months.
Do the discounts apply to signage and packaging?
Discounts apply to all printing. Installation, transport outside Vellore and third-party dies are billed at cost.
What counts as a design hour?
Studio time for layout, retouching, typesetting or dieline work. Simple text edits and resizes are always free.
